Noteworthy: This property, just outside Park Hill, appears architecturally related to 225 Van Cortlandt Park Avenue and 47 Rockland Avenue, though larger. Like those two Park Hill houses, its construction date appears to have been misrecorded when the city tax assessor's property cards were first compiled in the mid-twentieth century. In this case, the Yonkers tax assessor's property card shows an 1891 date crossed out and corrected to 1908.
