Property descriptions are derived from the 1984 Park Hill Historic District application prepared by the Yonkers Planning Department, the 1994 Park Hill West Historic District application attributed to Richard Kern, Chairman of the Yonkers Landmarks Preservation Board, and the 2002 Park Hill Historic District application prepared by Andrew S. Dolkart.

Selected address-linked illustrations from Yonkers Illustrated, published by the Yonkers Board of Trade in 1901, are included where they can be tied responsibly to present-day property records.
